We know our guests have concerns and queries regarding the national lockdown and Government guidelines and we understand those concerns. This page is intended to keep all of our guests up-to-date with the latest information surrounding the current situation and their bookings, and we will work to keep this updated as and when we receive new information.
For Holidays with an arrival date before 15th March 2021
At this moment in time, if your holiday has an arrival date before 15th March 2021 we are able to offer the option to transfer your holiday with a waived admin fee;
- We will be able to transfer your holiday to alternative dates in the same date band.
- If you would like to transfer your holiday to a different date band, then you will need to pay the price difference if any applies, however any extra to be paid will be due 8 weeks before your new arrival date as shown on your updated confirmation.
All transfers are subject to availability.
If your holiday is before 15th Marcha and you would like to transfer, please call our bookings team who will be able to help further. They are available Monday to Friday 9am-4pm.
For Holidays with an arrival date from (and including) 15th March 2021
If you’re holiday starts on or after 15th March 2021, your holiday is not in our affected breaks at this time and our standard terms and conditions apply to your booking. This is subject to change with future Government updates.
