In light of the UK Government’s most recent announcement on Monday 22nd February 2021 regarding the national lockdown in the UK, we hope to open on Monday 12th April 2021 .
If your booking falls into our affected breaks our team will contact you, please do not contact them as they will be extremely busy making their way through bookings and contacting guests.
We know our guests have concerns and queries regarding the COVID-19 lockdown and Government guidelines and we understand those concerns. This page is intended to keep all of our guests up-to-date with the latest information surrounding the current situation and we will work to keep this updated as and when we receive new information.
We hope to reopen from Monday 12th April 2021* in line with the Government Restrictions .*
FOR HOLIDAYS UP TO AND INCLUDING ARRIVAL DATES OF SATURDAY 10th APRIL 2021
At this moment in time, if your holiday has an arrival date up to and including Saturday 10th April 2021 we are able to offer the following options;
- We will be able to transfer** your holiday to alternative dates and waive the administration fee.
- If a transfer is not appropriate for your party, then we will be able to offer you a full refund.
If you would like to transfer your holiday, if there is a difference in price then you will need to pay the price difference if any applies, however any extra to be paid will be due 8 weeks before your new arrival date as shown on your updated confirmation. All transfers will be subject to availability.
Our team will be in touch with guests whose bookings are affected by the latest Government update and thank you for your patience in the meantime.
If your holiday start date is on or after Monday 12th April 2021, at this time your holiday is not affected and will still be going ahead*.
